Positive: this is my third time at manuela, the hotel has an excellent location , private sandy beach with sun beds for hotel guests only,which is so confortable. owner so helpful to ensure everything is okay with you, fantastic staff, friendly service always with big smile, no words to describe the hospitality, restaurant serve some of the best food in bitez,temple bar has great variety of drinks with reasonable prices, has good quality entertainment with cuban band and Irish singer,also has great sport area.I really enjoyed walking through the harbour view in the morning.

Positive: GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY 👍 Hotel was on the direct access to private beach with confortable sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast area was right on the beach, it was perfect with wide variety of options and omlet station, you could choose yours, Toom was cleaned every day,it was impeccable with confortable bed,balcony and coffee facilities, most important had a great air conditioning. Car parking in hotel was convenient.
Negative: Everything was perfect 👍
Summary: Manuela Hotel is paradise on earth.

Positive: Location was perfect with free loungers and umberellas . Restaurant serves delicious food and wine, loved the steak . The staff are very professional and helpful with a greeting for everybody . The rooms are very clean and well equiped with air conditioning tea coffee making facilities a fridge clean towels every day . Entertainment every night with live music and karaoke . Reception very helpful booking taxis etc. . Got a very warm welcome from the owner even though we were late arriving and as we were hungry they organised food for us as the kitchen was closed very much appreciated , Thank you .
Negative: The weather , it was very hot
Summary: I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back

Positive: Pleasant and good value with a comfortable parking facility. The staff washed the windows of my car when leaving as a courtesy, which I thought was a nice gesture. Very friendly staff with the hospitality starting from the moment you check in at reception with a drink, right to the beach where the view is stunning and where drinks are readily available. The hotel itself is well maintained with a decorated pool area. The pool itself was quiet and private as most preferred lying on the beach with the view in front. The hotel was spotless with a fresh ambience and a feeling of walking in a botanical garden with the plants and trees around. The room itself was not so big but had everything you need with a comfortable bed, quality towels and a balcony with seats and coffee facilities. Very good showers and fridge in the room as well. All in all a very good hotel and value for money!
Negative: Nothing not to like.

Positive: The first time I stayed at the Manuela Hotel was 30 years ago with family and friends…and what a find it was! I have returned many times since. The Manuela is situated right on the beach in Bitez with a beautiful outlook and a quiet location. Both the restaurants look out onto the beach with lovely views and the food is always fabulous. The bar area has a variety of entertainment each evening and always has a great atmosphere. But undoubtedly the thing that makes the Manuela what it is are the wonderful, friendly staff. They couldn’t do more to help you. There’s a reason many guests return each year! It really is like a home away from home. Thoroughly recommend.

Positive: The breakfast area was situated next to the beach and was clean and tidy. The buffet offered many choices of fruit, vegetables, meats, yogurt, cereals, coffee and tea and juice. There was an omelet station where you could customize your choice of eggs. It was a great start to the day!

Positive: GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH location is amazing directly on the sea front, literally few steps from your room to the beach. we arrived late,had a warm reception by staff, they took us straight down to bar on the beach front,given us complementary cocktails which made us soo pleased after long day, it was very nice touch.room was exceptionally clean, beds and pillows were confortable. they given us water to take to room,great attention by the staff. breakfast was buffet with plenty of healthy food to enjoy.range of pastries, breads,wide selection of cheese.there is a egg station where kind lady cooks omlet and all type of eggs. you can sit to confortable seats on the beach with good coffee from machine enjoy beautiful view of kos island.
